Two hundred years ago, a merry band of students formed a secret society whose founding helped to reshape higher education, the student college experience, and the very cosmic forces at play in the world. You are the descendents of and very much a part of that merry band. “Come fill your loving cup” at the bicentennial celebration of this great society! Here are more details:


Weekend Event Schedule

Friday, September 19

3:00 pm: Registration Tables Open, Library Plaza
6:00–8:00 pm: Barbecue Buffet*, Library Plaza
8:00 pm–midnight: Socializing, Library Plaza

Saturday, September 20

8:00 am–12:00 pm: Concilium: Actives Only, KA Lodge
11:00 am–12:00 pm: Schaeffer Library Exhibit, Schaefer Library, “200 Years of Greek Life”
12:00–1:30 pm: Lunch Buffet*, Library Plaza
2:00–4:00 pm: Speakers, Presentation to Union College, and More To Be Announced, Jackson’s Gardens
5:00–6:00 pm: Cocktails & Hors d’oeuvres, Library Plaza
6:00–7:30 pm: Dinner Gala*, Library Plaza
7:30–9:00 pm: Meeting of the Society, Nott Memorial
9:00 pm–1:00 am: Dance Party, Old Chapel

Sunday, September 21

9:00 am: Farewell Brunch*, Reamer Campus Center Dining Hall

Event Pricing:

Event Pricing: Thanks to the generous support of the alumni associations of KA in CH, VT, VL, and, VP as well as the support of The John Hart Hunter Educational Foundation, Inc., the costs of the weekend’s food, gatherings, and festivities have been reduced from $300/person to the following:

  • US$195/person for all Kaps and significant other except those noted below
  • US$125/person for all Kaps and significant other who graduated in the year 2020–2025
  • US$95/person for any Kap or significant other in graduate school or the military
  • US$95/person for all active Kaps not attending Concilium
  • US$0/person for any active Kap who attends Concilium leadership conference on Saturday morning and previously paid an initiation fee of $275. Registration will be cancelled if fee is not paid prior to September 1, 2025.
